Gilded Afternoon

You must be wondering why I am talking about this in our blog...Gilded Spa and Salon is hosting a trunk show especially for us on November 20th in benefit of Julie and Richard Healey's Be a Star Foundation to raise funds for the Pediatric Oncology Support Team and the Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation to assist all sick children and their families. For this reason, I spent today's afternoon with Gilded owner and CEO, Natascha Fasnakis and her publicist Gina Franano. We went through all the event details. Not only that, but also we were interviewed at the Hilda Flack's showroom by Roxanne Cella, host and co-executive producer of Palm Beach Rox for her lifestyle show. It was a Gilded afternoon; sumptuous, luxurious and relaxing. I will post the video soon. In the meantime, enjoy the Behind the Scenes pictures.

As I read the reviews of NY Fashion Week in WWD I realized that we are already in Spring. I can't think neutral. Fun, flirty, festive and bright are all over my head (once again) and that's a minus or a plus when you are designing a new collection for Fall. So, I decided to follow my heart once again and use fun, flirty, festive and functional silhouettes in dazzling skin colors for our upcoming collection. If you are thinking Spring when it's Fall, you can definitely carry bright and stunnning colors in Fall. You don't want to be carrying what everybody else is. It's all about making a difference right? That's my philosophy; forget about seasons, colors etc. No rules. Wear and carry whatever makes you feel good and comfortable. If you are feeling good, you are looking beautiful.
